At the same time ICC, who wins many members from many countries by its organized international film awards, is a platform which provide international network for the filmmakers who want to go global.

Because ICC is a community founded by completely independent filmmakers who are not affiliated with any government, state or political body, and this community does not take orders from anyone and is governed only by the board of directors and is a democratic community that defends International Cinema Rights based on
